Plain-English summary
- Every CalcLab Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no charge during the trial.

- Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we honor statutory rights and review hardship cases on request.
Free trial
New CalcLab Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial on both monthly and yearly plans. No charge is made until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, your card will not be charged.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of a billing period.
Refund eligibility
Because CalcLab is a digital service delivered immediately, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, consider refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges: contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate.
- Service unavailable: if a sustained outage prevented you from using Pro features for a meaningful portion of a billing period, we will issue a prorated refund or credit.
- Charged after cancellation: if you were billed after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund in full.
- Statutory rights (EU/UK and other jurisdictions): where local law grants a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital services, we honor it. By starting your subscription you consent to immediate provision of the service; this may waive the 14-day EU withdrawal right once Pro features are used, but we will still review withdrawal requests in good faith.
Annual plans
Yearly subscriptions are paid upfront and are non-refundable after the 7-day trial, except in the eligibility cases above. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and retain access until the period ends.
How to request a refund
Email calc@3stf.com from the address on your account with:
- The email associated with your CalcLab account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The Paddle transaction or subscription ID, if available
- A short reason for the request
Approved refunds are processed via Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve legitimate billing issues quickly and a chargeback can result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy over time. We will update the "last updated" date when we do. Material changes will not apply retroactively to charges already made.
