The short version

Data we collect

We collect aggregate, anonymous usage data through privacy-respecting analytics (page views, country, device class, referrer). No cookies, no fingerprinting. We never collect form inputs from any calculator — your numbers stay on your device.

File converters

The HEIC, WebP, and other file converters on CalcLab run 100% inside your browser using WebAssembly and the Canvas API. Your files are not uploaded to any server. There is no upload endpoint. You can verify this by inspecting the network tab in your browser.

Email

If you email us, we keep the message until the conversation is resolved, then archive it for one year for reference. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies

CalcLab uses no third-party tracking cookies. We may use a first-party cookie for theme preference (light/dark) only.

Third parties

We host with Vercel, which collects standard server logs. We use self-hosted analytics with no third-party data sharing. We use Cloudflare or Vercel for edge delivery.

Children

CalcLab is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing calc@3stf.com. Because we don't tie usage to identity, we typically have nothing to disclose.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and update the "last updated" date at the top.
