We build the calculators we wish existed: fast, mobile-first, privacy-respecting, and honest about the math behind every result.

Why we exist

The web's most-trafficked calculator sites haven't changed since 2003. You arrive, type a number, get a result, and leave with no idea how it was computed or whether you can trust it. CalcLab is the answer to that — clear UI, transparent math, primary sources cited, and tools that respect your time and your data.

Who builds it

CalcLab is built and maintained by a small team of engineers, designers, and subject-matter consultants. Each calculator is reviewed by someone who works in that field — registered dietitians for the health tools, licensed contractors for the construction tools, and CFA charterholders for the finance tools.
